When I start Intel graphic uhd 620 it starts flickering and when I disable Intel graphics then it works correctly Screenshot_20190422-124236_Video Player.jpg

Does the issue persist on the BIOS page?

 

Update Windows to the latest version and check if it helps.

 

Try updating the BIOS and graphics drivers on the PC to the latest version.

Also, update the graphics driver on the PC using this link. Click Here

 

If the issue still persists after trying out the steps. Try running a system diagnostics test and select video test from the component test on the PC and check if the hardware components on the PC are functioning correctly.

Sir the driver of graphics is not compatible with spectre ae011dx and the bios version is also not compatible please check the pictures please resolove this issue we are suffring badly

Did you check in the BIOS page if the issue persists?

 

Also, if the issue does not persist in BIOS, download the correct drivers for the PC.

If the issue persists on the BIOS page. It is a hardware issue with the PC.
