Hello,
I am having an issue with my touchscreen laptop. As of the 22nd my warranty expired and on the 23rd my laptop would not turn on 😞 Here are a few things I noticed...
When plugging in the charger the light turns orange but when I press on the power button the laptop does not turn on.
When I hold the power button down for ten seconds and then let go, when I press on it again the power light turns on but the screen won't turn on.
Has anyone encountered this issue? Is there anything I can do to help the issue? Thank you!
