Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hii, i bought my new laptop from a offline store. i did not notice that before but my laptop has built design issue. it is hp 14s with i5 intel core cheap along with 11 generation . the touchpad is not set properly everywhere. and somewhere it can be pressed which making annoying sound. it is my first laptop so i want best. but it is annoying me much . it is under warranty. should i replace it with a new one??

The HP warranty is not a general trade-in program for a product you don't like.  Ii is now a USED laptop and HP is under no obligation to take it back and refund your money.

 

But to process this, you would have to contact HP directly and make arrangements. We can not do that for you, nor can we provide you any assistance in that.
