Hi @5CG2363VGZ,
- Restart, then test the keys in BIOS (F10). If they work there, it's a Windows/driver problem.
- Device Manager → Keyboards → Uninstall device → restart.
- Turn off Filter Keys / Sticky Keys (Settings → Accessibility → Keyboard).
- Run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (press F2 at boot) → Component tests → Keyboard.
Please tell us your model and what exactly happens (wrong keys, no response, repeated typing).
(Tip: your username looks like a serial number. You may want to change it.)
I am proudly Mexican, a Computer Systems Engineer and a community volunteer.
If you found the answer helpful and/or you want to say “thanks”? Click the “ Yes ” box belowDid I help solve the problem? don´t forget to click “ Accept as a solution”
, someone who has the same query may find this solution and be helped by it.
