Hello Community Team,

My laptop screen is getting blurr suddenly and the text/images are blurred. I have not installed any apps/games recently. However, I am not sure if this is due to Windows upgrade that automatically happened. I have run several diagnostic tests from the HP support tool and the tests show nothing about any problem/issue. However, the screen is still blurr and I would request your help/support in this issue.

PS: I don't see any where in this support tool to attach images.

Thanks in advance,

Srivatsav

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Laptop screen is getting blurry and the text/images are blurred.

I have a few recommendations

  • Update your Notebook computer to the latest BIOS from HP.COM.
  • Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.

Try and check in Bios using the F10 key if the screen is blurry in Bios. To enter Bios, click restart and keep tapping the F10 key and then turn on the PC at the same time to enter Bios screen.

If the issue persists in Bios then it is a hardware issue on the screen.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
