I had to guess your product ID: I looked up 14-cd1003 here and picked 5HR40PA
the display is hp part L18192-001
The parts list is shown but I did not see hinges listed. You might disassemble and compare your hinges to the following
https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p4432023.m570.l1313&_nkw=hp+x360+hinges&_sacat=0
once disassembled look for LG or Samsung part number or any HP part number. AliExpress might have the LG or Samsung display if HP does not list it as available.
