Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop screen got cracked and my laptop is out of warranty... Need to replace it with new one... How to contact hp support agent... Hp support please help me to replace my laptop screen

If HP warranty is expired, HP cannot help you.

 

You can replace the screen, see:

Maintenance and Service Guide

See Page 34 Chapter 5 Removal and replacement procedures for Authorized Service Provider parts

 

There are 3 screen variants available:

- FHD ( full hd )

- HD ( hd ready )

- UHD ( ultra hd )

In your case: Service is required !
- The computer should be disassembled and checked.
- [Always recommended} Thermal paste for CPU GPU and bridges should be renewed
- [Always recommended} The function of the fan(s) must be checked

- Screen replacement

- General cleaning ...

 

If you can't do that, you should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.
