HP pavilion x360 14 dh 0516sa, what's the difference between the screen for that model and the screen for HP pavillion x360 14 dh 0525......as im trying to purchase a new screen, as my dh 0516 model has cracked and the touch screen ony works in the bottom corner, however now i've disabled it, the mouse is working fine, so no suspicion of damage elsewhere just to the screen

I eventually got through to HP on the phone the other day, as the system you suggested was where i had been prior to posting email, and was spending forever and a day trying to get the 'automated' virtual agent to help. I was wasting my time. However I eventually got help 3days later!!! So thanks, but not helpful as wasted time utalsing previously.......good old skool phone when i eventually found a number!!!!!
