mi portatil se apaga solo por 1 segundo con la pantalla en negro

mi pc a veces se apaga solo sin motivo alguno, se apaga la pantalla i se enciende, asi 3-4 veces consecutivas cada un rato, es aleatorio cuando pasa.

My PC sometimes turns off by itself for no reason, the screen turns off and turns on, so 3-4 consecutive times every so often, it's random when it happens.
