Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when buying the monitor showed 144 Hz, but after switching to windows 11 it started to show only 60 (I also tried to roll back windows and it did not work) please help

and there is no display tab in nvidia (tell me how to switch from integrated graphics card (ryzen) to nvidia (3050)
