Hi all,
I want to use an external monitor. But when I go to display settings --> Multiple displays I cannot see and dropdown to extend the display. Not sure what the issue is.

The issue is that Windows is not "seeing" the second display. To test that, you click the Detect button that you see on the settings page. If that does not produce the second screen, then sorry, there is nothing you can do to use it, as Windows simply does not detect it.
