Notebook HP x2 - 10-p030nl
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my acrive pen (Dell 750-AAHC) is fine i have tried ina different notebook and it works well, but when i use it in my notebook there is a certain point of the screen where the pen has no sensitivity. what should i do?IMG_20190116_200014_1.jpg

Welcome to HP forums, I see that your styluses pen is not working on your notebook.

 

Only if the stylus is compatible with the notebook it will work.

Thanks for the answer.

The problema is that: with Another HPx2 it works but with mine it does not work.

I think there is a peoblem with my notebook

(I tried everything to make it works).
