ive tried resetting it but i got the laptop literally less  than a month ago

I understand that you are unable to use the camera.

 

What is the product number of your computer? (Ensure you don't share any personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc..). 

 

Please look for the privacy switch on the laptop. Please turn off and check.
