Product: chromebook 14
Operating System: Chrome OS

when i plug in my charger it turns orange but as soon as i unplug it it doesnt show anything and when i try facorty resetting it with the buttons while its on the charger the orange turns off for a bit then goes back to orange and it has never turned any other color while it has been plugged in
