My HP laptop not turn on,it same like dead,no responce from led except charging led, no fan sound,no display,no capslok led,

i tried again with out battery a still no responce

Have you attempted to connect the device to an alternate power cord or adapter?

Or check with another wall outlet, excluding any surge protectors to check if it works?
