@Tshepangza, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Touchscreen Issues on HP Pavilion 11-n000ni x360 PC!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your HP Pavilion 11-n000ni x360 PC touchscreen is not functioning, even after updating to Windows 10 Pro and checking in Device Manager, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

Verify Device Manager Settings:

  • Open Device Manager.
  • Look for Human Interface Devices and expand it.
  • Check for a device that includes the words "touch screen" (e.g., HID-compliant touchscreen).
  • If found and disabled, right-click the device and select Enable.

Run Windows Troubleshooter:

  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
  • Select Hardware and Devices and run the troubleshooter.

Check for System Updates:

  • Ensure that all Windows updates are installed.
  • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
  • Click Check for updates and install any pending updates.

Reinstall Touchscreen Driver:

  • If the driver is not visible:
    • In Device Manager, click on Action > Scan for hardware changes.
    • If that doesn’t help, go to HP's support website and look for touchscreen drivers specific to your model.

Reset BIOS Settings:

  • Sometimes resetting the BIOS settings to default can resolve hardware issues. Please follow the instructions in your HP support documentation to reset the BIOS.

Perform System Restore:

  • If the touchscreen was working previously, consider rolling back to a system restore point when it was functioning.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
