my laptop screen goes black from time to time for a second

my laptop display blinks and flickers from time to time, it happens more when I try to use any software that requires GPU.

I have tried many solutions like disable mpo, update/downgrade server, nothing seems to fix the issue.

my laptop is the hp omen 15(2021)

it has two display drivers, the nividia Geforce Gtx 1660 Ti and

intel(R) UHD graphics.
