Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-d5000 (4V9Y0AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

when I started to work regularly on my laptop I found something uncomfortable and rough on my touchpad. I thought it was a mark or something and tried to wipe it off, but it worsened the situation. The touchpad's smoothness coating started to peel off can you help me?
