I have a new laptop and I vaguely remember this being a problem with my previous HP laptop but I can't remember how to fix it. It automatically zooms when I am scrolling if I have my fingers on the clickpad. I am having to constantly go to the magnifier icon to click on zoom. It is driving me crazy. I was on support with MS today and he said it could be a driver for my clickpad. I looked for and installed drivers but it is still doing it. It is causing me a LOT of lost time and I need to be able to stop it. Please help!!!!!

@texasbride
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
- Click Start, and then type mouse in the search field.
- Click Change your mouse settings.
- Click Additional mouse options.
- In Mouse Properties, click the TouchPad tab.
- Uncheck Double Tap to Enable or Disable TouchPad.
- Click Apply and then click OK
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
