I need to purchase the 4K screen cable to change it, because sometimes it shows vertical lines on the screen.

On the cable there are below numbers:

Hi,

It seems there is actually no product page for your notebook. I need to know what CPU and what GPU (graphics gtx 1050 or 1060 or 1070) and what camera (HD or 3D) you have in the notebook.

Regards,

David

OK. The part you need is

For products with non-touch UHD screen and HD camera            857459-001

You can find in HP parts store:

Many times it is the actual panel which has problems, only in rare cases is it the cable. Does the image change when you move the top back and forwards?
