Product: hp 15 d045nr touchsmart notebook pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem with my laptop, it does not give video on its screen, only through an external screen. hp 15 d045nr touchsmart notebook pc , The equipment was unused for some time and when I used it again the above-mentioned thing happened. I already changed the new screen, internal cr2032 battery, restored the equipment, updated the BIOS, updated drivers, and the problem persists, it only sends video through the external screen. Is there anyone who has already solved the problem and can help me?. thanks,,
