My daughter has wanted to play games on this computer, but for some unknown reason, it only has tablet settings, meaning there were no options for keyboard/mouse. And this is on ALL games she claims. is there a reason for this? or has it only happened to me?

Hi @Thosewhowatch,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Chromebook x360. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 Let's perform a hard reset:

  • Power off the laptop.
  • Disconnected AC adapter from the laptop.
  • Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
  • Reconnect the battery and plug the AC adapter.
  • Power ON the laptop and check.

If the issue persists, then please follow the below steps:

Switch from laptop to tablet mode

Some Chromebooks can be used either as a laptop or a tablet. If you have one of these models, the on-screen keyboard automatically opens when you flip the screen over the hinge.

Tip: If you connect a mouse to your Chromebook, you will switch back to laptop mode.

Please refer to this document: Use your Chromebook as a tablet

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
