Sorry for the inconvenience caused don’t worry let me help you.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a few more details?

 

  • Are you using an HP laptop with Windows 11, and trying to open the On‑Screen Keyboard or the Touch Keyboard?
  • Do you see any error message when you try to launch it, or does nothing happen at all?
  • Have you recently installed updates or changed accessibility settings?

In the meantime, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Open via Settings
    • Go to Settings > Accessibility > Keyboard.
    • Toggle On‑Screen Keyboard to On.
  2. Use Run Command
    • Press Windows + R, type osk, and press Enter.
    • This should launch the On‑Screen Keyboard directly.
  3. Enable Touch Keyboard
    • Right‑click the taskbar → Taskbar settings.
    • Scroll down to Touch keyboard and toggle it On.
    • You should then see a keyboard icon on the taskbar to open it.
  4. Check Windows Services
    • Press Windows + R, type services.msc.
    • Ensure the Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service is running. Restart it if needed.
  5. Update Windows & Drivers
    • Run Windows Update and HP Support Assistant to ensure your system is fully updated.
  6. Test in Safe Mode
  • Boot into Safe Mode and try launching the On‑Screen Keyboard. If it works there, a third‑party app may be interfering.
