Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15z-ds100 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i just spent a half  hour to try to get the parts dept and still havewnt accomplished the task ALL I NEED TO KNOW IS HOW MUCH A REPLACEMENT SCREEN IS FOR MY LAPTOP I STEPPED ON IT AND CRACKED IT

Accidental damage like this is not covered by the HP warranty, so you would probably get a better price if you bought the part from a third party -- especially considered that HP does not do this kind of repair work.

hello thanks for the info but i really wanted to  know how to get the parts dept , i know they have one im doing the work myself ... i had the parts dept last weeknow i cant find it
