Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.

I understand that the + and - keys are not working anymore.

I'd like to help.

May I know since when are you facing this issue?

Try turning the Num Lock key Off and On again.

Please provide me with the complete Notebook Model or Product number.

You can refer to this Link: hp.care/2bygf7l for help in locating the Product Number.

Meantime you can also try a System Restore to an earlier time before the issue started.

- Select the Start button, type control panel and then choose it from the list of results.
- Search Control Panel for Recovery.
- Select Recovery > Open System Restore > Next.
- Choose the restore point related to the problematic app, driver, or update, and then select Next > Finish.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you. 🙂

Please click "Accept as Solution" if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Click the "Kudos, Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say "Thanks" for helping!
