Hi Guys

 

Having issues with low frame rates cut a long story short ive got Radeon graphics and NVIDIA 3070 RTX GPU,

 

Radeon graphics i can only install the HP Drivers i keep getting errors 1603 installing off the AMD software

 

any help would be appreciated

I see that you are facing AMD software-related issues on your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

 

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

 

The following suggestions are provided as possible solutions for error 1603: 

 

1.) Resolve driver and software conflicts

Download and use the full AMD Radeon Software package from the AMD Driver and Support page. Select the Factory Reset option under Additional Options during the installation of the AMD Software Package. For instructions on downloading and installing the latest compatible AMD Software Package for your AMD Graphics product, refer to this article.

 

2.) Update antivirus software and definitions

Check your antivirus software and definitions are up to date then rerun the AMD Software Installer. You may also consider disabling your antivirus software temporarily until the installation of the AMD Software Package is complete. 

 

3.) Update Windows

AMD Software is designed to work best for up-to-date operating systems. Please run Windows Update and apply all available critical and important updates before installing the AMD Software Package  

 

4.) Repair system registry and files

Run the Windows Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) and System File Checker (SFC) tools as Administrator. The DISM and SFC tools scan the integrity of the Windows image and all protected system files replaces corrupted, damaged, and incorrect versions.

To run the DISM command use the Windows key + X keyboard shortcut to open the Power User menu, then select Command Prompt (Admin). Type "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" (without quotes) and press Enter. While running DISM you may notice the process will appear to pause at 20%. After a few minutes the operation will continue.

To run the SFC command use the Windows key + X keyboard shortcut to open the Power User menu and select Command Prompt (Admin). Type "SFC /SCANNOW" (without quotes) and press Enter. For more information on using SFC, please refer to Microsoft article: Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files.

hi thanks for your reply 

 

to be honest I’ve tried most of those options and haven’t been able to installl any of the amd software only the HP software which needs to be updated

HI

 

Thanks for getting back to me HP assistant and the drivers is the software I've referred too, 

Install AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition is my stumbling point ever time i total uninstall AMD drivers via DDU and reinstall i get the errors i have no Anti virus software apart from windows
