problème de mise à jour critique HP Display control

Bonjour,

Depuis plusieurs jours au démarrage de mon micro j'ai une petite fenêtre qui s'affiche avec "mise à jour critique nécessaire pour utiliser HP Display control". Je télécharge la mise à jour puis je lance le programme. Il s'exécute, j'autorise l'application, j'accepte la licence et l'emplacement pour enregistrer les fichiers et contrairement à ce qui est écrit il n'y a aucune instruction qui s'affiche et la mise à niveau s'arrête immédiatement. Au démarrage suivant j'ai à nouveau la fenêtres qui apparait.

Est-ce que quelqu'un a une idée de ce que je dois faire pour résoudre ce problème, merci d'avance pour votre aide, salutations à tous,

See if installing the latest version of the HP Display Control software resolves the problem.

You're very welcome.

The link I gave you is for the latest HP display control software.

So whatever update you can't install may be to update an older version of the display control software to the version I posted.

If you tried to install the software from the link I posted and that didn't work either, unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

The software version "HP Display Control present" on the Hp site is much older than my microphone. So I ended up calling the HP technicians who this morning could not provide me with this new version including the critical update, they planned to provide it to me on Monday. In the meantime the old software has been uninstalled. Thank you very much for your help Paul, I will keep you informed of the resolution of this problem. Cordially,
