I see that you are facing issues with the graphics.
Let's use the AMD Driver Autodetect.
The AMD Driver Autodetect tool is designed to detect the model of graphics card and version of operating system installed in your computer. Our Autodetect tool can only be used on systems running the Microsoft® Windows operating system and/or AMD Radeon™ graphics.
Use this link: https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool to download AMD Driver Autodetect.
Keep me posted, how it goes! However, we'll try and follow up in next 24 to 48 hours to doublecheck on the issue.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Have a great day!

Thanks for the reply,
Run the Extensive Test (2 hours or more)
If the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics for Windows app is not available on your computer, download the latest version from the HP Hardware Diagnostics website.
-
In Windows, search for and open the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows app.
-
On the main menu, click System Tests.
-
Click the System Extensive Test tab.
-
Click Run once.
While the test is running, the time remaining and test result for each component are shown on the screen. The test can take 2 or more hours to complete.
-
If a component fails a test, write down the failure ID (24-digit code) so you have it available when you contact HP Customer Support. The information is also available in Test Logs on the main menu.
Check if the drivers are available in the device manager
1. Press Windows+X to open the menu, and choose Device Manager on it.
2. In the device manager, expand category Display adapters and check if the graphics drivers are available.
If yes uninstall the drivers.
Restart the computer.
Keep me posted,
Have a great day!

Download the Autodetect software from Intel to install the latest version directly from Intel website: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24345/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant
If the issue persists, perform a driver rollback:
- Open Device Manager.
- Device Manager, locate the Intel graphics drivers,
- Right-click on the device's name or icon and choose Properties.
- In the Properties window for the device, tap or click the Driver tab.
- From the Driver tab, tap or click the Roll Back Driver button.

I read the response comprehensively. Thanks for the update. It is awesome to have you back. Your brilliant efforts and persistence tog et it resolved are amply appreciated. As @Raj1788 is out for the day, I am responding on his behalf.
There could be more to it than meets the eye. It could be either the OS not supporting the game for this computer specs or the graphics drivers not assist you with the game.
We need to isolate the issue correctly.
- Right-Click on start button> click device manager> expand display adapters>then select the display drivers that are listed and right-click on it and uninstall the drivers.
- Check the box that states delete the software for this device.
- Then restart the computer and update the bios and graphics drivers from this link: http://hp.com/drivers Select the country and type the product# of the unit. Then follow the onscreen instructions.
- Try installing the graphics drivers for Windows 8.
- Sometimes it works for Windows 10. The bios is not OS specific. It gets updated automatically.
Now check if it gets resolved. If it continues, Then perform these steps:
Backup your important data and perform a Microsoft push-button reset of Windows 10 by following directions from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04742289 There is an associated YouTube video on how to do it.
Now check if it gets resolved.
Good luck and keep me posted about the developments. If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue and give the post a Kudos for my efforts to help. Thank you and have a great week ahead. 🙂

i tried all of this and nothing help , but there is something i noticed that the graphic card is opening all games perfectly in power saving mode in switable graphics of AMD but the FPS is low .......... while chosing the high performance in switable graphics the game crashes and the AMD driver crash too and somtimes show me the blue screen or shows a black screen ..... i tried the version of windows 8 of the driver it didn't even installed correctly as at the half of the installiation the pc starts to crash .... while installing the other version from AMD like 16.2.1 or 15.7.1 they installed well but the shows the problem i told you about it first as power saving and high performance ..........
