Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I go into the toggle games, the processor frequency drops to 0.9gz, it is 2.2ghz and the 2.5ghz clock boost. Throughout the game he stays at 0.9ghz even less. What to do? Due to the low frequency sometimes the game map is not loaded. The laptop has a total of 8gb ram.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Let's try:

Navigate to this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\ATI Technologies\ATI.ACE\Core-Static

Find CCC.exe, right click>properties>compatibility tab

Tick the 'run this program as an administrator' option and hit ok.

Do the same thing for MOM.exe

You may have to restart the PC for the changes to take effect, then try disabling overdrive, restart the game to see if it fixes it.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

I tried this. It did not work. Ps: The temperature in the game sometimes reaches 97 degrees.

I understand the difficulty with the problem. As the computer is overheating and the issue persists, this sounds like hardware related issue with the computer. Contacting our HP support will be able to fix the issue.
