Hi! @sajadt,

Do you see any error on the blue screen?

SP53025 is an old version of the graphics driver.

Try updating the graphics drivers to SP55092 version 8.882.2.3000 and check if it helps.

Update the graphics driver using this link. Click Here

You can also update BIOS to the latest version. Click Here

Also, Try the steps recommended below.

Right-click the Start menu (or use Win + X) and select Run. Type services.msc into the box and press Enter.

1. Find AMD Display Driver Service on the list.

2. Right-click to select Properties.

3. Click Start under the Service status.

4. Then select Automatic on the Startup type list.

5. Click the Log On tab.

6. Choose the Local System account.

7. Click the Recovery tab.

8. Select the Restart the Service on the First Failure list.

9. Do the same for the next two lists.

10. Click OK.

In the search box type msconfig.

Go to Services tab and disable App Readiness. (Check hide Microsoft services)

If the issue still persists after trying out the steps uninstall the graphics driver from the device manager and install the latest drivers using AMD auto detect utility.

Download the AMD driver auto-detect utility using this link. Click Here

Lastly, try running a system diagnostics test on the PC and check if the hardware components on the PC are functioning correctly.

Refer this article to know more information about running system diagnostics on your PC.

Hope this helps!

Have a wonderful day ahead! 🙂
