Probook 450 g2
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to upgrade the 1366x768  TN display on my probook 450 g2, I see that a 1080p display is sold for this machine (part number  768468-001)

So, I am wondering if a  1080p replacement screen meant for a probook 450 g2 will be accepted by my probook 450g2 which has a 1366x768  display right now, like if the firmware will accept it or if I need a special connector.

I have a probook 450 g2 with a haswell i3

Thanks

Thank you.

Do I need to buy another type of cable to perform this upgrade?

I bought the screen but the cable does not fit.

Hi, I wonder if you got the solution?

As I understood you also need to replace the cable. Any success with that?

Thanks, K

Hi, sorry for bothering you,

currently my ProBook has a "normal "non FHD display. Can you tell me what kind of cable do I need to make possible an upgrade to FHD?

Sincerly, K
