Pavilion 15-dk0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I run a Userbenchmark test I get a message "Could not find any compatible Direct3D devices".

I can't seem to find 'hardware & devices' on the 'Troubleshoot' settings page, to find a solution. Most people are saying to update the driver, however I have updated the NVIDIA driver and it still shows the same message.

Also, my graphics card doesn't show up on my system specs, however it shows up on device manager, under display adaptors. It shows both 'Intel UHD Graphics 630' and 'NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650'.

What can I do?

Thanks.

@MaxSmith7,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

  • What is the exact issue you are facing?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

Look forward to hearing from you and you have a great day!

Take care.

Cheers!
