I am trying to connect it to my Spectre x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13t-ae000 to any external monitor but am having issues.
I have tried two different monitors (Onn. and Lenovo) using both HDMI cord and VGA cable. Both monitors and cables have been tested and proven to work with other output sources.
I am using a DELL DA200 USB-C to HDMI/VGA/Ethernet/USB 3.0 Adapter to plug my display cord into the USB-C port on my laptop.
When I plug either display cord in, I hear the little 'device connected' sound from my laptop & the monitor looks like it's making an effort to connect, but always ends up saying 'No Signal' or 'Power Save Mode' in the case of the Lenovo. In my display settings I can see that shows an external monitor connected and in the advanced settings it shows that it recognizes the display model, however it says "Display 2 isn't active". There isn't any way to activate it. I also tried using Intel Graphics Command Center which showed the same thing and the 'Enable' button didn't do anything. I've also tried installing drivers, but the computer says that all drivers are up to date.
Any help would be much appreciated.
