replace cracked touch screen with LCD screen

I own an HP  ENVY x360 m6 Convertible PC and I'de like to know if I can replace my cracked touch screen with a regular LCD screen like the one in the picture I have attached? If not the one in the picture, may I have some links to recommended screens for my laptop that are under $100?

It came with 15.6" diagonal FHD IPS UWVA multitouch-enabled edge-to-edge glass (1920 x 1080)

Unfortunately touchscreen display panel assembly is not spared separately (includes bezel, panel, and TouchScreen board in the HP part unit) and the are no non touchscreen panels listed in your Manual
