hp victus gaming laptop

This is with reference to my hp victus gaming laptop bought on 15 december, 2022. Right from the day of purchase I encountered screen flickering problem in my laptop. After performing various troubleshooting steps (bios update, windows update, drivers installation) I could not fix my issue, so I took my laptop to service center to claim replacement for my laptop. The next day I got DOA letter and got my new laptop after 3 days i.e. on 27 December, 2022. Since then I saw the same problem of screen flickering in my new laptop. Please consider this problem and refund my money or else I would take a legal action against hp for providing me defective laptops again and again .

I understand you are facing a display flickering issue with your HP Notebook PC. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

While you respond to that please try the below steps:

 

Update the BIOS & Video card drivers:

If the issue persists, then please follow the steps mentioned in this document: HP PCs - Blinking or Flashing Screen After Upgrading to Windows 10
