HP Notebook - 15-bs104ne
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi. about 7 month ago i bought this notebook and from first day that i power on it, after some minutes it runs to blue screen error page and auto restart and this problem repeated after every some minutes. i try many solution but not usefule until i uninstall AMD Radeon 530 Display driver from my loptop the error disappear for ever. and even i check for online installation of driver but again after installing my loptop runs to blue screen error and again restarted. and i found that my notebook has problem with AMD display driver and i tested other version of this driver but not useful and error will appear by installing any version of AMD radeon 530 display driver. and about 7 monthes that i use my loptop without Any AMD display driver and it work good. but now i need to install this driver how can i do?

thanks alot. i am waiting for your answer

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Perform Windows Update and HP Support Assistant:

To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings  > Update & security  > Windows Update, and select Check for updates. Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.

  1. To open HP Support Assistant, double-click the HP Support Assistant icon https://support.hp.com/doc-images/932/c05040382.jpg.
  2. Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
  3. Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
  4. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
  5. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
  6. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
