Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I see that the screen rotation is not working after upgrading to Windows 11.
Press the Win + O keys to toggle Rotation Lock on or off (default).
Let me know if this helps.
Take care and have a great day ahead.

I've decided to roll back to Windows 10 and still no luck. You will get the screen rotation message when you rotate on tablet mode but does not change. I note this is a sensor driver issue as hp have not provided updates to the latest os sensor versions just Windows 1903. It's a shame hp didn't support later sensor versions and windows 11.

Hi @Legacy-1
Thank you for replying to us.
I suggest that you follow the steps listed below:
1. Go to path -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AutoRotation
2. Check the value of Enable file if it is 0 rotation will be OFF if 1 rotation will be ON.
3. Restart and Autorotation will work.
Note: You need to login as an administrator.
