Hi, HP community,

is this normal, should the screen be clicking, when pressed slightly harder then normal when using the touch screen?

I understand you are facing a display realted issue with your HP ENVY X360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-Bd0000 (172M7AV). Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

  • Could you please let me know if it automatically clicking?
  • Please share a picture if possible?

While you respond to that, please go ahead and update the graphic drivers and BIOS once as well.

 

To answer your question: Yes! it is multi-touch enabled and you can press it gently for the screen to respond to your touch.

No it's not doing it automatically . Just seems to make clicking noise when the screen is being pressed harder then normal.
