Hi,

My laptop was fine but recently it has this issue:

The laptop can boot normally, but a few minutes after log on to the windows, the screen display would be distorted, and the computer is frozen. (image below).

When I reboot using safe mode, everything is fine, and I can use the computer for 30 mins without any issue. So to me, it's like a software issue.

My video card is Intel HD 520, driver version is 21.20.16.4574 (published on 12/23/2016). It's not the latest one, but the latest version of driver I downloaded could not be installed on this computer. The driver on HP website for my laptop (13t-v000) is still the old one.

Any idea what could cause the issue? Thank you very much!
