Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, i have an hp notebook. Recently, the screen keeps flashing and flickering when i use mouse and touchpad, but when i use the touchscreen, the display works as normal. What can i do to fix this?

Same  issue here.  Have also posted query today. For now, I start up and dont move or touch anything.  Then flip up on SCREEN, revealing the power button.  Hit restart, all fixed until you turn it off and back on again.  Sure would like a fix!

We are also experiencing this issue. It started a couple of months ago, presumably after an update. It only happens upon start up from a full shutdown. Once it starts, it is nearly impossible to gain visible control of the system. Every now and then, we can get control enough to do a Ctrl-Alt-Del and choose Restart. Other times, we have to long-hold the power button to reboot. Typically, under either approach, the laptop is fine when it restarts. Something is definitely wrong, but the diagnostics don't find any issues.
