hi HP Team,

i am also facing the screen flickering issue its a new laptop purchased two days back 

is there any solution for this issue

  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
  • Are you facing this problem right after you set up your new PC? 
  • What is the operating system on the PC?

I recommend you attempt to access the BIOS screen by tapping on F10 while the computer is restarting, 

If the issue persists in the BIOS screen which is outside windows, it would confirm a hardware failure and you will need to Contact HP to replace or repair the LCD, 
 

However, if it doesn't show up in the BIOS, it would confirm a software issue and we'll need to reinstall or update the display drivers using the Official HP Website: Click here.

hi Team,

thanks for the update below are the details

  • Are you facing this problem right after you set up your new PC? NO 
  • What is the operating system on the PC?                windows 10 Home
  • screen flickering occurs suddenly and there is no patterns for this issue
  • if we restart the system issue will resolve for time being 
  • raised a case with HP techincal Team they stated to upgarde the BIOS version but unforunately the issue still persists even after the BIOS upgarde 
  • next action plan they stated to upgrade the Graphic drivers (INTEL & NVIDIA)

will keep you updated on the issue progress hopefully this issue gets resolved

hi Team,

all drivers were updated on laptop still the issue persists, checked with  HP support team they have sent FE he checked the device yet the issue remain the same

 

checking the hp support forums people who brought this laptop also  facing this issue a lot there is a issue in model itself 

requesting HP l3/l4 techicncal teams to look into issue for resolution 

as its impacting my office work alot
