My screen has been flickering and now it went black and grey with the flickering screen and I can't access the screen since I can’t see anything! And it a brand new laptop never dropped it still brand new condition! I was wondering if anyone can help with the screen problem please please!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues with the display on your computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.

 

https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers

 

If you continue facing the issue, then boot to BIOS with tapping the F10 key on startup and check whether you are able to duplicate the issue in the BIOS screen.
