Hi there,
I am trying to find a video editor thst I like, I have come accross one I like but when I export a finished movie the laptop crashes and I get a black screen.
The laptop is fine with other software it's only when I export videos in this one program when it crashes, I did get a message come up once that said that ptogram in particular could not access the grapics card or something like that.
Thanks Graham

Most likely the laptop is too weak for the video editing software. Please check software requirements and buy a suitable machine or use less hungry software:
I am using Adobe Premier Elements 2018 on machine with
- Intel® Core™ i7-8750H (2.2 GHz base frequency, up to 4.1 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 9 MB cache, 6 cores
- 32 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM (2 x 16 GB)
- 1 TB 7200 rpm SATA
- 256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD
- 15.6" diagonal FHD 144 Hz IPS anti-glare micro-edge WLED-backlit (1920 x 1080)
- NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1070 (4 GB GDDR5 dedicated)
And still feel it is very slow.
Regards.
