Hello,
I recently bought new laptop, HP 15s eq2904nw, windows 11 and by reading the tutorial I discovered that there are functions where i could use my laptop's screen to write something or just move to another file etc but i cannot find any way to set it up. I'm not sure if my device has this option to use the screen because i can't find anything in the settings, even tho i have allowed to use my screen keyboard and it's on but when i open it I just can't use it and have to write on my regular keyboard anyway, so maybe do you know if that laptop has touch mode and how i could set it up?

Hi@nataliayx,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing onscreen keyboard issues with the HP 15.6 Inch Laptop PC and want to know this model is a touchscreen.
I have a few recommendations
- Right-click the Windows icon, then open System. See the description under System > Pen and Touch: No Pen or Touch Input is available for this Display means the LCD is not touch screen. Full Windows Touch Support with 10 Touch Points means the LCD is touch screen.
- In Windows, search for and open View pen and touch info. If the Pen and touch section reads No pen or touch input is available for this display , the computer does not have a touch screen.
- Update your Notebook computer to latest BIOS from HP.COM.
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- Click on this link for HP Laptop Product Specifications https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c07779759
How to Turn On the Touchscreen in Windows.
- Select the search box on your taskbar.
- Type Device Manager.
- Select Device Manager.
- Select the arrow next to Human Interface Devices.
- Select HID-compliant touch screen.
- Select Action at the top of the window.
- Select Enable Device.
- Verify that your touchscreen works.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
