user was using machine all day while it was plugged in on charge and it just cut off instantly out of nowhere and hasnt come on since, pressing buttins does not register anything from the machine at all and no lights emitting anywhere

charger has LED to show its working when plugeed in

likely that laptop died while she was using it

new machine, under warranty
