Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I turn on my laptop today, the upper screen suddenly appeared blurry or the text is somewhat smeared.  I tried to go to windows update, tried to reboot or restart the laptop, installed the latest graphics driver and also the bios update. But the results are still the same. 

May I ask for your assistance on how to fix this problem?  Below is the picture of my screen.

I understand that notebook has issue a windows update now happening 

 

Please click on restart now . If the issue still persists

 

You can try updating the drivers on your PC using an HP support assistant.

 

Refer to this article to know more information about using HP support assistants.
