hello, can you guys help me please? my laptop has problems displaying black color, some shadow lines appear and slowly return to normal when displaying bright colors, and it happens when starting boot or when I enter bios.
I've tried connecting the second screen via the HDMI port, the second screen reads but doesn't display an image. I've tried the old and latest graphics drivers from both the HP and Intel websites but couldn't solve the problem
btw, I just upgraded the bios to the f.15 version
I've tried connecting the second screen via the HDMI port, the second screen reads but doesn't display an image. I've tried the old and latest graphics drivers from the HP and Intel websites but it can't solve the problem, the USB Type C Thunderbolt also doesn't work.

I've tried it and it didn't change, but when I entered the bios, I realized that the product name, system family, product number, serial number, system board ct number, and build id columns didn't show anything.. feature byte also only shows bS .TY, is that normal? thank you for helping me..

Hello @you9_
This is not normal, because this information is not and cannot be changed during a standard bios update!
(1) Download and install from Microsoft Apps Store
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows
or
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows v1.8.2.0
(2) Run <HP Diagnostics for Windows>
--->>> Perform < ALL> Tests
(3) Please report your results ( error messages, take screenshots )
( if serial number, device id, UUID, System Board CT Number is displayed, please blur )

Hello @you9_
(1) Double check with external monitor connected via vga/hdmi cable. Do you have the same error pattern on external monitor ?
- Shutdown notebook (No Sleep / No Hibernate)
- Power off external monitor
- Connect vga/hdmi cable
- Power on external monitor
- Power on notebook
