Hello I have a hp pavillion 11-n012na notebook running windows 10. My problem is the screen keeps shutting down after 20 secs or so I have changed the power settings and displ;ay settings to never but still no change, just shuts down and goes to the password  prompt can someone please help?

Hi,

 

Here's one option to check.

 

From the Start Menu, select Settings, then Personalisation and then Lock Screen.  Near the bottom of this window, select Screen saver settings.  Make sure that the dropdown menu under the Screen saver heading is set to None ( if it already is, select another option and the select None again ) also remove the tick from the box next to 'On resume, display log-on screen' if present.  Click Apply and Ok to save changes.
