The screen on my HP laptop turns black when I first start up. Eventually, I am able to move the unseen cursor via mouse or touch pad around and get the sign-on screen to become visible. Once signed on, the screen turns black again. As I move the unseen cursor around the screen, home screen issues come into view momentarily until the cursor moves to another area on the screen and turns black again. Sometimes the screen displays cascading lines of various colors from top to bottom, which continue until I press Ctrl-Alt-Delete. Once I'm finally able to navigate to the start icon, I can right-click to bring up the Device Manager. From there, I scroll down to Display Adapters and right-click Intel Iris Plus Graphics to uninstall it. The laptop display then functions normally until I shut down. I have to repeat this process each time I start up. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue would be much appreciated.
The adaptor of the charger is also very loose, so we face a lot of charging issues.
the laptop has become slow It has been only 9 months since I purchased this laptop.
