Product name : HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-cp0xxx
I have noticed a small crack at the bottom of my screen and i'm not 100% sure if that is the reason or not for my touchscreen playing up. Basically it thinks I'm selecting things and pressing the screen (the bubbles are coming up) when I'm not. It's so annoying as my screen keeps moving and glitching when I'm trying to work. Is there anything that can be done to stop this? other than that my laptop works very well and there have not been any recent installments or anything like that which could be causing this to happen. Please help!
